Q-SYS Level One Certification

In this innovative, modular online course you’ll learn the basics of designing a Q-SYS System while receiving an overview of Q-SYS Designer software in the context of a conference integration.

Curriculum:

• Q-SYS introduction, including hardware and software elements

• Telephony, AEC, and automatic mixing

• Designing user control interfaces

• Creating a complete Q-SYS System for a conference area

Q-SYS Level Two Certification

AVIXA CTS RU: 8 units (upon successful completion of final assessment)

Q-SYS Level 2 Training builds on the learnings from Level 1 by providing a comprehensive hands-on experience of Q-SYS, teaching a wide variety of advanced processes and concepts.

• Core-to-core streaming and control

Q-SYS Level One Certification

Q-SYS Control 201

AVIXA CTS RU: 4 units

Building upon lessons learned in Q-SYS Control Training 101, this course allows students to use custom controls, Lua scripting, and the Block Controller to connect to real third-party devices and manipulate their return strings. Each student will work on dedicated Q-SYS Core processors and control peripherals, as well as custom-made emulators designed specifically for this class.

Curriculum:

• Connecting to third-party devices (using command buttons, Lua TCP connection, and Block Controller)

• String manipulation

• Building arrays, timers, and other Lua examples.
