• Delta GUI and Remote Desktop navigation and tips (as they don't have direct access to many of the server's GUI)
• Server Groups and Organization and how to update if necessary.
• Warping and Alignment tools.
• Timeline loading and programming.
• Record-out functions for creating pre-warped, scaled alternate masters to alleviate processing overhead
• Troubleshooting Tools and Overlays so they can see processing hiccups and frame drops etc. easily.
• Proper backup and restoration for replacement units or spares as necessary
