Description

Williams AV IR SY12 D-02 is a professional, rack-mountable two-channel infrared audio system designed for secure indoor spaces like courtrooms, conference rooms, and legislative halls where radio frequency (RF) overspill is unacceptable. It converts incoming analog, digital, or Dante network audio feeds into infrared light signals distributed via high-power emitters.

  • Dante Input Integration: Includes an active Dante digital audio input alongside dual XLR/TRS combo mic/line inputs with selectable phantom power.
  • Ships complete with 1 IR M1 D modulator, 2 IR E4 emitters, 5 IR RX20 receivers, 2 NKL 001 neckloops, 1 CHG 520 5-bay charger, and 1 MLB 003 metal linking bar.
  • CAT5e Emitter Connectivity: Uses standard RJ-45 ports on the modulator to distribute +48VDC power, RS-485 control data, and baseband signals to the IR E4 emitters over a single cable run.
  • Web-Based Configuration: Allows remote setup, gain adjustment, DSP control, and auto carrier timer settings via an embedded web browser interface.
  • Built-in Diagnostics: Features dual front-panel 1/4" headphone jacks for channel monitoring and a selectable 400 Hz internal test tone generator.
