Description

The Williams AV IR+ Flex is an industry-scalable infrared audio transmission system designed for courtrooms, lecture halls, and conference spaces. It merges secure infrared audio delivery with a distributed emitter array architecture. The base package includes two IR E4 emitters that connect via standard CAT5e/6 cabling, providing power, communication, and baseband signals from the main unit.

  • Includes one IR M1 Modulator/Server, two IR E4 Emitters, one MLB 003 Metal Linking Bar, and one IDP 008 ADA Wall Plaque.
  • Flexible Coverage: Distributed array architecture supports up to four total emitters linked together or placed remotely to cover larger spaces.
  • Uses standard RJ-45 ports and CAT5e cables to carry +48VDC power, RS-485 control data, and baseband audio signals up to 100 meters per emitter run.
  • Advanced DSP Audio: Features digital signal processor (DSP) controls, selectable compression (1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1), and high/low-pass filter adjustments.
  • Web-Based Management: Allows remote setup, diagnostics, and adjustable auto-carrier sleep timers through an embedded web server interface.
