The SRS TLC5000 is a high-capacity tension load monitoring sensor built to meet the rigorous safety and durability demands of touring, theatres, and large-scale events. Unlike smaller variations in the series that utilize aluminum, the 5-ton (5000 kg) variant is constructed entirely from robust stainless steel to withstand severe environmental stress and heavy mechanical handling.Operating on an industry-standard 4mA to 20mA analog current loop, the TLC5000 guarantees precise, interference-free signal transmission over long cable lengths. It is explicitly designed for seamless integration with the SRS Network Load Processor (NLP) system, allowing production crews to continuously monitor structural stress across multiple hanging points in real time.
