NMK, GCC | Service Engineer Riyadh Ksa

NMK Electronics, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and is looking for an experienced Service Engineer for its Riyadh office. The successful candidate will join our team to Support ensuring technical capabilities and competencies are maintained and provide expert technical support to the Customers.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced industry professional, with a proven background in the AV industry and should possess good communication, and technical knowledge and combine a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Audio Visual Schematics
• In absence of the technical team, lead the role by troubleshooting and rectifying the issues.
• Ensure service levels are maintained with customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish tasks.
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment
• Successfully deliver an outstanding service to all customers
• Successfully provide support to all internal teams for their customer’s needs
• Resolve any customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Education, Experience, and Key Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant experience and must be present in KSA or willing to relocate
• Must have3 to 4 years of experience in the same field
• Experience in installing and supporting Audio Video and Lighting solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting Audio, Video, and Lighting systems
• Proven experience and excellent technical knowledge of Audio systems including PAVA, BGM, Performance systems like Line Array system and Audio Consoles, IP, and Dante
• Excellent knowledge and experience of a Video system including, Digital Signage, projectors, video switchers, video walls and processors, media servers, LED walls
• Excellent technical knowledge of theatre Lighting systems, moving headlights
• Proven experience in repairs of audio devices like speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and DSP
• Proven experience in the repair of video devices like video switcher/mixer, projector, media server, LED wall
• Proven experience in the repair of lighting devices like lighting consoles, moving headlights
• Hands-on experience in preparing custom cables for audio, video, lighting, and power like Mic, DMX, Power, SDI, Network cables, in Fiber splicing and rack wiring
