NMK Electronics, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and in need of an experienced Logistics Coordinator for its branch in Riyadh (Preferred Saudi National)- NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group that is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the United Kingdom (UK), and so this represents a very exciting time to join us.The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional and must be physically present in Saudi Arabia, with a proven background in the same field. and able to join on short notice. As part of our experienced Logistics/Warehouse team, s/he should be comfortable in a challenging role that demands clear communication with significant experience and ideally, the experience of working as part of an international Group.Responsibilities:Coordinating with ordering team, and sales team accounts as required and communicating the same with all at WH.Ensure correct HS codes are used so there is no mismatch in inbound and outbound items Communicating with customers for export shipment requirements if needed. Submitting all shipping documents to customs. Arranging packing of material for export shipments as needed at destination in a SEA / AIR-worthy condition. Prepare INBOUND & OUTBOUND shipment report as per the local customs requirements Responsible for responding to customer emails in a timely manner and any urgent request to be communicated immediately to avoid any delays. Preparing and staging goods for delivery and preparing GRN in the system. Receiving goods and physically verifying the received goods to ensure all are as per the supplier invoice / PL. Handling courier shipments - ensure orders are collected the same day or the next day. Follow up for BOE, exit documents, and claim acknowledgment from agents and customers as needed. Coordinate with agents for shipments when and where needed and prepare logistics reports. Filing of all documents as needed and maintaining the files for 5-6 Years if required by customs. Lead the annual stock count as required at the warehouse and responsible for any missing itemsCarrying out all office and warehouse-related jobs and ensuring office tidiness and workplace safety. Stacking goods on racks in neat and tidy condition and updating the rack numbers in the system. Maintain petty cash and report it to accounts. Handle ERP for all logistics activities. Report to management if anything needs management attention.
