Solid Skin for IRDB

Description

SolidSkin is an advanced encapsulation technology designed for INFiLED LED panels, including the DB (IRDB) rental and staging series. Utilizing a precise Glue-on-Board (GOB) method, it coats the LED module surface in a specialized, highly transparent adhesive. This creates a completely solid, smooth shield that guards the fragile diode joints against dust, moisture, and accidental knocks without hurting visual performance or viewing angles.

  • Manufactured via a multi-stage process achieving a surface flatness and dimension accuracy of ±0.02mm.

  • Significantly reduces dead pixels or surface damage caused by frequent handling in rental/staging environments.
