Finance Executive

Role: Finance Executive - Based in Dubai

NMK Electronics, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and in need of an experienced Finance Executive. The successful candidate will join our high-performing Finance team insightful and instrumental to our continued success. NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group that is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the UK and so this represents a very exciting time to join us.

We are looking for a Finance Executive, B.Com /CA intermediate with at least 4-5 years MNC experience and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and should be well versed in the closing reporting process. ERP experience is a must.


  • Hands on experience of monthly closing and reporting process in ERP
  • Hands on experience of Budget process including Top Down and Bottom up approach, Zero Based Budgeting 
  • Good working knowledge of various ERP modules including AP/AR/GL/FA etc.
  • Good Analytical skills  of analyzing financial data  
  • Should  be able to prepare/Analyze  Financial statements  P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement
  •  Analysis of Ageing inventory , Gross Margin , overheads and reporting exceptions
  •  Variance analysis and identify reasons for major variances and reporting
  • Debtor’s management and Control, adhere to the defined credit policies. Liasoning with Customers
  • Should be well versed with Banking operations specifically LC related documentations, LC Conditions Bank reconciliation, Liaoning with Bank etc.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with internal/External customers 

Education, and Experience:

  • B. Com / CA Intermediate
  • Minimum 4-5  years of work experience
  • ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics/Oracle/SAP etc.)


  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • M/S Office
  • Good knowledge of Excel including Pivot/lookups etc.
  • Power Bi/Reporting took knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP
  • Hands-on experience of Accounting
  • Should have UAE experience

  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, including non-technical staff, and with staff at remote locations essential.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
