The successful candidate will join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our systems insightful and instrumental to our continued success. NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group that is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the UK and so this represents a very exciting time to join us.The right candidate will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us analyze, implement, and provide support for ERP systems with a significant online presence. This IT personnel will work directly with management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software, and train employees.Responsibilities:Leading ERP systems support across the organization and its partners.Hands-on experience of working in ERP environment ( SAP/Oracle/JE Edwards/ Microsoft dynamic ) and well versed with ERP system configuration, various modules, and functionalityShould have at least one End to End ERP implementation experience right from CRP to UAT to Go LiveShould be well versed with system configuration in ERP setupSound knowledge of Reporting Tools like Power BI etc for report development basis user’s requirementsLead ERP systems Rollout in the organization including alignment with all key stakeholders for solution designing till the implementation.Should be able to communicate /coordinate with Global IT teams during implementation of ERPCreate SOPs /Process flows and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization.Maintaining ERP user access discipline across the business functions.Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop, and maintain automated workflow processes/Reports, etc.Work as a Systems Analyst and help to define user needs and develop data processing solutions/Should be able to understand specific user requirements and lead from the front for any future system enhancement requiredAnalyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end-users.Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.Performs other duties as assigned by the management.Education, and Experience:Degree in Information Technology or in relevant fieldMinimum 4 years of work experienceAdditional certification in the same field is a plusSkills/requirements:Microsoft SQL Programing.Net Framework ProgrammingSAP Crystal ReportingPower Bi ReportingExcellent knowledge of ERP softwareHands-on experience with IT-related softwarePersonal Attributes:Strong attention to detail and good analytical skillsGood team player and able to work under pressureStrong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, including non-technical staff, and with staff at remote locations essential.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientationVacancy Type: Full timeJob Location: Dubai, UAE.What we offer: Market competitive package Benefits as per local lawThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee assigned to this position.
