Delivery Conditions

Please find below our delivery terms:

• Dubai – Free delivery for orders above AED 1,000

• Sharjah – Free delivery for orders above AED 1,500

• Abu Dhabi – Free delivery for orders above AED 5,000

• Other Emirates – Delivery will be arranged on a case-by-case basis based on the order.

For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, customers are required to arrange pickup or collect directly from our warehouse.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery will be completed within 2–3 working days based on order confirmation.

Customer Collection (Pickup Timings)

Customers can opt for self-collection during the below timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
