Brand Manager – Unified Communication (UC) Riyadh, KSA

NMK Electronics, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and is looking for an experienced Brand Manager - Unified Communication for its Riyadh office. The successful candidate will join our dynamic sales team insightful and instrumental to our continued success. NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group that is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the UK and so this represents a very exciting time to join us.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced industry professional, with a proven background in the AV industry preferably from a distribution background, and possesses excellent communication skills. A successful candidate combines a passion for the audio-video industry and has the ability to show perseverance in order to get the job done.


  • Manage the Manufacturer brands allocated to you as the Brand Manager
  • Prepare Audio and Video design for Huddle spaces, and small and large meeting rooms for Hybrid meeting setup
  • Hand-on experience in Zoom/Teams rooms systems along with the various peripherals that are connected to them
  • Support the sales team to develop the sales networks in the Middle East
  • Work with regional integrators, broadcasters, end users, and rental companies to develop the market this would include visits to support the partners, doing demos, hosting training seminars and any other business development you feel supports the brand's development.
  • Quarterly submit and implement a detailed business plan to the line Manager identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, and major customers for the following fiscal year
  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations, and customer seminars
  • Work closely with the procurement team to manage the stock ordering, replenishing, and managing of inventory
  • Negotiation to win orders with the most beneficial commercial and financial terms
  • Responsible for the development and analysis of market information for strategic planning purposes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on CRM/ERP system
  • Work with Marketing Team to develop a strong reference portfolio
  • Develop close relationships with technical support and the application team to support onsite support and queries.
  • Collect and report information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory.
  • Create demand for brands/products by demoing to end users
  • To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients
  • Maintain the relationships to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy
  • To negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the leadership teams
  • Portray good understanding of room acoustics & knowledge of microphone pick up patterns for various types of rooms and applications
  • To identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new markets
  • Coordinate with the associates brand Sales Manager to conduct seminars, training, and consultant education

Education, Experience, and Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma or relevant degree
  • Must have a degree in marketing/sales or relevant experience
  • Must have 4-5 years of experience in business account management
  • Should have knowledge of CRM/ERP system
  • A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are required
  • Must be available in Saudia Arabia
  • A local driving license is mandatory
