Description
DX012 provides remote output expansion for Qu*, SQ, Avantis and dLive mixers, and for AHM audio matrix processors. Perfect for feeding IEM systems and amplifier racks, DX012 offers both analogue and AES digital output options in a compact 1U form factor. The DX012 can be placed up to 100m away from the mixer for maximum flexibility of positioning and features integrated rack-ears for mounting in a 1U 19″ space. The expander connects via a single Cat5e cable to the mixer or upstream DX Expander via a secure EtherCon port. A second locking EtherCon port is provided for redundant connection to compatible hardware, or for daisy-chaining to a downstream DX Expander for additional remote I/O.

- Configurable Analog/AES Outputs: It features 12 XLR outputs that can be customized in banks: 12 analog lines, 8 analog lines + 4 stereo AES outputs, or 4 analog lines + 8 stereo AES outputs
- Switchable AES Sample Rates: AES outputs can be globally switched to match your system requirements at 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, or 96kHz
- Redundant & Cascade Modes: Equipped with dual locking EtherCon ports. You can run dual cables for a redundant connection, or use Cascade mode to daisy-chain up to two DX expanders from a single port for even more I/O
- Plug-and-Play Setup: No IP addressing or complicated network configuration is required. The mixer handles all audio routing and firmware updates automatically
- Compact 1U Rackmount: Built for portability and touring, it takes up just 1U of rack space and features reversible rack ears so the ports can face the front or the back
