As part of our experienced Accounts team, s/he should be comfortable in a challenging role that demands clear communication with significant experience and ideally, the experience of working as part of an international Group.Responsibilities:Responsible for Day-to-Day Accounting, Document financial transactions by entering account information in ERPMonth-end closing in ERP and Reporting, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow to the management and should be able to prepare/Analyze Financial statements profit and loss (P&L), Balance Sheet and Cash flow statementShould be well versed with Banking operations, specifically, LC-related documentation, LC Conditions, bank reconciliation, liaising with Bank, etc.Debtors’ management and control, adhere to the defined credit policies, and Liaoning with CustomersRecommend financial actions by analyzing the business cases for Pricing/Discount/Vendor negotiations etc.Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions with the bank, supplier, or authorized third party and Vendor reconciliationAnalysis of Ageing inventory, Gross Margin, overheads, and reporting exceptionsReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures if necessary.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Liaoning with Government departments for Finance related tasks including submissions of VAT and other tax returnsContribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel for any issues raisedEducation, Experience, and Key competenciesDegree in Accounting, Finance, or in a relevant fieldAdditional certification (CA, CPA, or CMA) is a big plusExperience in e-invoicing formats and processesMinimum 2 years of work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedureEffective coordination among regional teamsAdvanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables and hands-on experience in ERPStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsGood team player and able to work under pressureRequirements: Must be in KSAWell aware of Saudi laws and regulationsVacancy Type: Full timeJob Location: Riyadh – Saudi ArabiaWhat we offer: Market competitive packageThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee assigned to this position.
