Hyatt Regency selects Shure Conference One

The Hyatt Regency hotel in Dubai has recently purchased the Shure Conference One system from NMK Electronics Ent. for their banqueting & conferencing requirements.

The new discussion system from Shure uses the legendary Shure microphone technology with simple to use and ergonomic chairman and delegate lecterns. The initial system consists of one chairman unit and twenty four delegate units, which can be later expanded to a maximum of 59 delegate units.

Conference One from Shure is a flexible solution which provides endless possibilities without compromising on the sound quality and ease of use. Whether the application may be a board room meeting, conference, press briefing or group discussion the Conference One system has the capability to deliver. One major advantage is portability as each system consists of only a power supply/sound processor unit, a chairman unit and up to a specific number of delegate units. All the cables are included and since every component is daisy chained, the amount of cable required is limited.

'The brief of the client was that they wanted a solution that was simple to use yet sophisticated enough to be used in a variety of applications,' said Simon Daniel, Sales Manager for Installed Sound Applications. He added, 'The Conference One Discussion System enjoys great success in Europe with governments, banks, audio visual rental companies purchasing systems in configurations of 15, 30 and sometimes even at 60 channels straight away.'
