Midas Verona mixing console takes on Artes' challenges

Artes Audio Visual Rentals based in Dubai are suppliers for audio and lighting equipment, recently purchased a new Midas Verona mixing console from NMK Electronics Ent for their mid-sized to large events.

The Verona series consists of 6 models ranging from 24 up to a massive 64 inputs, and incorporates all the features and components that make it look, sound and feel like a true Midas. It has been designed from the ground up by the same team responsible for the XL4 and the Heritage Series consoles, including the industry-standard Heritage 3000. Available as an install or touring package the Verona will handle anything from houses of worship to broadcast / recording, theatre to corporate applications, and of course concert sound.

'I was approached by Artes before the Jazz Festival this year for a proper FOH mixing console. At that time, we received the new Verona console so I offered them to try it during the 3 day event,' said Chicco Hiranandani, Product Manager at NMK. 'After they were able to see and hear the difference between their previous consoles and the new Verona, it was clear that they wanted one,' he added.
