Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors of Midas and Klark Teknik products have recently hosted a Midas Academy prior to the InfoComm exhibition held at the Dubai International Convention Center in the United Arab Emirates. Over 25 sound professionals attended the one-day event, which highlighted the digital console offering of Midas. The event was also used to unveil the new Midas PRO2 and PRO2c live audio systems.

The Midas PRO Series Live Audio Systems employs technology developed from the class-leading XL8, offering the same exemplary sample - synchronised audio performance. Internationally, major acts such as Metallica, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters and many more rely on Midas live audio systems like the XL8 and PRO Series. With the new PRO2 and PRO2c, numerous other bands and their sound engineers can now benefit from the legendary sound quality of Midas.

“Our last academy took place in 2009 so it was time for a follow up event in the Middle East, especially with all the new consoles and other products from Klark Teknik,” commented Chicco Hiranandani, Business Development Manager at NMK.
