NMK Electronics organizes seminar for NetMax digital audio system

NMK Electronics Enterprises, distributors for professional audio manufacturer Electro-Voice, has held a workshop seminar in Dubai for their comprehensive digital audio system called NetMax.

The seminar was attended by a number of local and regional contractors who were educated on the basic components of the system, the software used to program the system and various real-life applications.

The seminar, which was conducted by Electro-Voice's personnel from Germany is a series of trainings for local partners in the UAE that are involved in the integration of audio-visual solutions for venues such as airports, stadiums, railway or metro stations, shopping malls and various other installations.

The EV NetMax system has already been deployed in successful installations in the soccer stadiums of Germany such as the ones used for the World Cup in 2006, while locally the product and software has been utilized by contractors for projects that include conference facilities and amusement centers.

'Together with the IRISNet software from EV, audio-visual integrators can create customized, sophisticated solutions that are capable of handling more than just signal routing and user presets,' commented Chicco Hiranandani, Business Development Manager of NMK Electronics Ent.

He added, 'The various input and output interfaces of the NetMax coupled with the flexible IRISNet software allow for integrators to build reliable, efficient and great value solutions for hotels, meeting rooms, exhibition complexes and stadiums for example.'
